Mortgages for the purchase of property to rent out and limited company buy-to-let mortgage

Buy-to-let Mortgages

A buy-to-let mortgage is a product that is specifically for a property that you intend to rent out for profit. You can’t fund property to rent out with a normal residential mortgage.

Our experienced team will source the right mortgage product for your individual buy-to-let. We can offer financial advice and source refinancing for property portfolios.

If you are new to buy-to-let, our guide is a great place to start your research.

Limited Company Buy-to-let Mortgages

The way you pay tax on buy to let property could mean it’s more cost-effective to own your buy to let property through a limited company. This will depend on your circumstances and an accountant can advise you on this.

As Peritus are whole of market brokers we can find the best deal to suit your circumstances.

For more information on How to set up an SPV limited company for buy to let check out our blog.

Your property may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.

For mortgages, we can be paid by commission or a fee of usually £495 or a combination of both. The actual amount will depend on your circumstances.

The FCA does not regulate some forms of buy-to-let.
