Mortgage Administrator/Paraplanner – Full-time, Newcastle Upon Tyne.

Peritus Private Finance are looking for a full-time Mortgage administrator/paraplanner to join their successful and expanding team. The suitable candidate will be based within our central Newcastle offices and required to work closely with our other administrator and team of Mortgage Consultants to carry out the following responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operating our CRM / Compliance systems
  • Inputting of client data and ID Checks
  • Compliant case management through to completion stage
  • Production of suitability letters
  • Liaising with lenders and clients
  • Assisting our team of Mortgage consultants.

Candidates will be expected to have good IT knowledge including Word, Excel and Outlook, strong communication skills, attention to detail and be organised. The Certificate in Mortgage Advice would be an advantage although is not essential if the candidate has good and recent knowledge and experience of the full mortgage process. Candidates would be expected to obtain a Mortgage qualification if appointed.

Grade C or above in English and Maths as a minimum.

The role is Monday to Friday 9-5 based in Newcastle.
